Police Scotland is releasing images of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries regarding a bogus workman incident in Hallhill Road, Shettleston, in which a 76 year old woman was duped out of a four figure sum of money for gardening work between April and June this year.

He is described as white, in his late 30s to early 40s, 5′ 8″ to 5′ 10″ in height, of heavy build, with short shaven receding hair.  He speaks with an Ayrshire accent and was wearing a green T-shirt and blue jeans. He is believed to be driving a Ford Transit van not further described.

“I am appealing to anyone who may recognise the man in the images to contact police at Govan Police Office via 101 quoting incident number 1126 of the 3 August 2019.
