ASSAULT – GALLOWGATE, GLASGOW

Police in Glasgow are continuing to investigate an assault that occurred last year on Saturday, 11 August 2018.
The incident happened around 3.30pm in the Gallowgate area and involved a number of men. A 34-year-old man suffered serious injuries as result.
Officers have released CCTV images of a man that they believe may be able to assist them with their enquiries. He is described as white, around 20 -25 years of age, of medium build with dark brown hair. In the images shown, he is wearing a striped t-shirt, denim jeans and white trainers.
Detective Constable Paul Fraser of Glasgow CID said: “Anyone who recognises this man or who has information which could help us identify him is urged to come forward as soon as possible.
“Anyone who can help can call 101, quoting incident number 2838 of 11 August 2018, or Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously can be contacted on 0800 555 111.”
